In this 6-month fixed-term role as a Systems Support Lead, you'll have the opportunity to drive process enhancements and ensure systems compliance within our Property team. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, maintaining the Property Asset Database, providing systems training, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:- Process Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Training and Development: Deliver high-quality training sessions to property teams, empowering them to maximize system usage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to drive efficiencies, improve processes, and achieve shared goals.
- Compliance and Governance: Guarantee a safe working environment by adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Administrative Experience: A minimum of [insert number] years of experience in administration, preferably in Property/Construction/Facilities management.
