">About the Role: As a Dispatch Centre Operator, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to alarm events and incidents in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality policies
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
* Investigating delays or service failures and completing comprehensive incident reports
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer service, monitoring, or dispatch centre environment. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in CRM systems, phone systems, and monitoring interfaces.
