Job Summary

About the Position
This role is responsible for collaborating across the business to build strong relationships and keep loyalty front of mind, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimisation. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to leverage their expertise to drive innovation within the loyalty space and develop and manage high-value partnerships to deliver great customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a proven ability to develop strong partnerships and negotiate productive commercial agreements aligned to strategic outcomes, excellent commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, taking ownership of end-to-end deliverables and performance outcomes.
