**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them develop their independence and acquire skills for daily living.

This includes tasks like assisting with public transportation, employment, finances, and meal preparation. Depending on the specific work environment, Support Workers may also assist with individual needs such as shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support

- Possession of a Full NZ driver's license
