Job Opportunity:

We seek a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our retail sales and operations efforts. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing high-performing teams, providing excellent customer experiences, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and overseeing stock management and loss prevention initiatives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • a proven track record of delivering sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and feedback
  • exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
