Compliance Governance Specialist

Finsure Group is seeking an experienced compliance professional to support our growing network of mortgage advisers. As a Compliance Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

This exciting opportunity involves:

  • Providing advisory support to Financial Advice Providers and Advisers on regulatory matters
  • Maintaining corporate compliance through ongoing monitoring and management
  • Conducting compliance audits, policy reviews, and reporting
  • Supporting advisers with compliance documentation, onboarding, and training

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3 years' experience in risk, compliance, or audit (preferably in aggregation or banking)
  • A strong understanding of relevant financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
