Project Coordinator

E & J Contractors is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Taupo. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Set project timelines
Monitor project deliverables
Update Managing Director, clients, and team members on the project progress
Oversee staff training and development and promote opportunities for mentorship
Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar to contribute to design
Tendering/quoting for works
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong leadership and an ability to motivate and support other team members
Experience in/with use of GPS equipment
