We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist in our Albany office.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to provide our customers with an exceptional experience and service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns within policy and procedures.
By delivering exceptional service, you will build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with the right information to make informed decisions about our services.
About the RoleThis office-based role involves being a key point of contact for customers regarding their home loan lending or forwarding enquiries to relevant specialists or appropriate channels.
You will be dealing with a variety of queries and requests from our customers, identifying their needs and resolving any issues or concerns within policy and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
We're looking for candidates with previous customer service experience who really enjoy helping customers and working collaboratively.
Essential skills and attributes include:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to display patience, empathy, and a caring attitude.
- Proven track record in a banking or contact centre environment.
- Relevant qualifications and/or certifications.
