Job Description

The Operations Security Analyst will be responsible for triaging security events, supporting incident management & response, managing vulnerabilities, and performing threat research.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Experience monitoring, identifying and responding to security events and incidents is essential.
  • Familiarity with Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR) products is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams is required.
  • A demonstrated understanding of IT security best practices is necessary.
