Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of grant calls, managing the end-to-end process including pre-grant call workshops, variation agreements, project reviews and reporting, KPI tracking and audits. He/She will also communicate funding schemes and application processes to the research community, review and assess grant call applications, and make recommendations to the Human Potential Steering Committee for approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have an educational background in life sciences or a related field such as medical research or biotechnology. Experience in a grant management role in a public sector agency would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should be able to work and communicate with public sector partners effectively, familiar with the work processes in the public sector, and possess outstanding writing abilities, oral communication and presentation skills.
