Beca is seeking a skilled Structures Asset Manager to join our expanding civil structures team in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues across our offices to manage and deliver projects for our established client base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong client and delivery focus, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider business. You will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand and deliver to their long-term plans and key drivers, leading and coaching others to support their career development, and building strong internal and external relationships to deliver better outcomes.
Key qualifications include a tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, experience in a consulting environment, and professional registration or on a clear path to achieving registration. If you are chartered or motivated to achieve chartership, we will provide support to help you reach your goals.
