Job Overview
This role is part of our Infrastructure & Assets Group and is responsible for managing revenue streams associated with water services. As a Revenue Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoicing for our commercial, industrial, and non-residential customers. You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer queries, and maintain accurate records of water meter readings and billing information.

Key Performance Indicators
Your success in this role will be measured against the following key performance indicators: accuracy and timeliness of billing and invoicing, customer satisfaction ratings, and the quality of record-keeping and reporting. You will also be expected to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent financial data management skills and a strong analytical ability. You should also have very good attention to detail, an intermediate level of computer literacy specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change. Additionally, you will need to operate independently while building on the strength of the team and demonstrate excellent time management to operate within a fast-paced environment.
