Job Overview
The Dunedin Public Hospital Eye Department provides comprehensive ophthalmology services to the community. We require a dynamic individual with excellent time management skills to become an integral part of our close-knit team. As an Ophthalmologist, you will be involved in routine clinics, theatre, outreach clinics, and on-call duties. You must have completed specialist training and be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including registrars from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists, to provide high-quality care to patients.
