About the role

This senior manager position is a key part of our Provincial Southern leadership team, responsible for supporting and enhancing the financial wellbeing across a range of farming customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Associates to build and strengthen ANZ's market presence across the region.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote and lead ANZ in the local and regional marketplace.
  3. Use data and insights to build knowledge and capability and enable better customer outcomes.
  4. Embed a strong conduct and risk culture across the business.
  5. Ensure existing customer needs are understood and met.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A successful track record in customer relationship management, risk management and an ability to influence outcomes.
  • A deep understanding and knowledge of the Agri sector, including ability to build market presence and win in the market.
  • Strong commercial acumen, and experience managing and workshopping complex deals.
  • Well-developed leadership ability, with proven experience in achieving results through collaboration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience and an ability to engage and influence at senior levels.

About You

You'll be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll have a passion for the Agri sector and be able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
