Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and accurate solutions to their vehicle-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Educate customers on how to self-serve, including directing them to online resources and scheduling appointments with local service teams.
  • Accurately record issues and data into CRM/Vehicle Support System.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience every day.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences with ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with.
  • An interest in technology, particularly Tesla products, and agility at learning new products and features.
  • A rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality.
  • Evidence of exceptional ability and a passion for accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.
