Payroll Service Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at Waitemata District Health Board. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and high-quality payroll service to employees.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks within the payroll team. You'll have the chance to demonstrate your skills in analysis, time and task management, as well as your attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and high-quality payroll service to employees
- Support the BAU and Payhelp teams
- Analyze and resolve payroll issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
Requirements
- NCEA level 3 or relevant work experience
- At least 1 year's experience in working with electronic payroll systems and processes
- Understanding of human resource and payroll related legislation
- Ability to undertake shift work if needed
- High level of computer skill and use of Microsoft Office
