**About the Role**
The Electronic Payroll Data Manager is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for managing electronic payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and developing processes to improve payroll data accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain electronic payroll data, including employee information and payment records
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, including overpayments and underpayments
- Develop and implement processes to improve payroll data accuracy and efficiency
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or relevant work experience
- At least 5 years' experience working with electronic payroll systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and apply collective and individual agreements
