Payroll Services Coordinator

About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator with Waitemata District Health Board, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient payroll services to employees. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to demonstrate your analytical skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
You will be working with electronic payroll systems and processes, preferably in a large organisation, and have a solid understanding of human resource and payroll-related legislation as it applies to the health service.
In this role, you will be expected to undertake various tasks within the Payroll Team, including analysis, task management, and accuracy checks. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience with PeopleSoft and OneStaff is advantageous.

- Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
