About the Opportunity:

Kia ora, welcome to Multitudes We're a team dedicated to making tech equitable and inclusive. As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be an early member of our Go-To-Market team, driving impactful growth for our product.

With customers who love us, promising pipeline metrics, and early wins through content marketing and community building, we're ready to scale our impact. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a Marketing strategy that drives revenue growth.

As a generalist, you'll thrive setting direction and delivering results. Your tasks might include:

  • Weekly OKR reviews with Lauren (our founder) and Vivek (Lead Data Scientist) to track progress on marketing and sales goals.
  • Designing, executing, and tracking growth experiments to boost MQLs in our sales funnel, analyzing results, and iterating based on insights.
  • Leading digital marketing strategy and delivery, including online campaigns, website touchpoints, and virtual events.
  • Developing community engagement strategies, such as organizing meetups, managing sponsored events, and coordinating speaker series.
  • Meting with customers to refine messaging and improve customer experience.
  • Leveraging content across diverse channels to drive short and long-term results.
  • Collaborating with Laura, our Product and Design Lead, to enhance and optimize our website.
  • Partnering with Engineering to deliver best-in-class product launches.

You'll bring a broad skillset, including:

  • An analytical mindset, with experience using CRM tools (we use Hubspot).
  • Strong writing skills and talent for creating compelling content.
  • Deep customer empathy – you'll connect with customers, understand their challenges, and share success stories.
