Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Concord Visits Office in Concord, NH. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing medical care and support as needed. Your expertise and empathy will make a tangible difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire, with a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required. You will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
