About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a New Zealand or international management/leadership role. Extensive knowledge of aviation, specifically Instrument Flight Procedure Design, is essential.

You should be eligible as a CAA approved Senior Person in accordance with Part 173. Practical experience as an ICAO-accredited PANSOPs designer within the last five years is also required.

Demonstrated ability to undertake technical research, prepare quality reports, use databases, PCs, CAD systems, and associated software is necessary. Additionally, you should have a sound understanding of various aviation concepts, including navigation aids, flight planning, meteorology, air traffic services, aircraft operations, and principles of flight.
