Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack goods accurately for customer orders.
  • Utilize our warehouse management system to confirm and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and safe loading and unloading of transport vehicles and containers.
Stock Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
  • Ensure goods are stored in the correct locations.
  • Assist with stocktaking and cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies.
Quality Control
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 procedures to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Support audits and assist with addressing customer complaints.
Safety and Equipment Maintenance
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and maintain their condition.
  • Report incidents or near-misses promptly.
  • Participate in SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) programs and follow safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, stores, or customer service is an asset.
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials handling is a plus.
  • Valid forklift license is required.
  • Basics computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
