Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for providing supervision to residential staff while developing their skills in responding to complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field, and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or other relevant licenses. Minimum of one year of experience in a residential setting with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision to the clinical team
  • Oversee the collection of information needed to assess and develop the clinical formulation
  • Assist in treatment plan development in collaboration with the person served
  • Ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with our clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or other relevant licenses
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a residential setting with supervisory responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to contribute independently to and thrive within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
