This key role involves overseeing the delivery of traditional design/build projects, managing all aspects of multi-million-dollar heavy civil infrastructure projects, and maintaining excellent health and safety records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with estimators and senior operational staff, driving continuous improvement to meet the demands of large and sometimes complex projects.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a firm understanding of civil engineering involving Highway Maintenance, Rail, and general civils consisting of Bridges, Structures, and Flyovers. You will also require experience in liaising with clients, consultants, and management of site staff and subcontractors, as well as demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to represent project matters on behalf of the Company and/or Joint Venture.
