We are seeking an experienced administrator or project coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Manager, Cardiovascular and Critical Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex workflows, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and their team
  • Manage complex workflows and coordinate projects
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and teams
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in administration or project coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
