Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our Hilda Ross Village in Hamilton. As a Ryman nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators.
About You- You have experience working in aged care as a Registered Nurse in NZ.
- You possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
- You are a team player, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing compassionate and person-centered care to our residents, assessing their needs and developing tailored care plans.
- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contributing to the development and review of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each resident.
