Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our Hilda Ross Village in Hamilton. As a Ryman nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators.

  • You have experience working in aged care as a Registered Nurse in NZ.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing compassionate and person-centered care to our residents, assessing their needs and developing tailored care plans.
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contributing to the development and review of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each resident.
