A Kaitiaki at Summerset Holdings is a unique and rewarding role that allows you to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Kaitiaki, you will be responsible for supporting our residents' quality of life, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and well-being.

This role is ideal for those who want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can grow and develop your skills. No specific experience is required - we'll provide you with training. At Summerset Holdings, our main focus is on bringing the Best of Life to our residents, so if you think you can help, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Support residents' independence and autonomy through exercises.

Assist with recreational and group exercises, helping the physiotherapists, and assisting with eating and drinking at mealtimes.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure residents' safety and well-being.

Requirements:
