About the Job

We are seeking an In-Home Support Coordinator to join our team in the Horowhenua Region. This role involves providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

This is a part-time position working 38 hours per fortnight, with the ability to extend hours in the future.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for people and be able to understand, communicate, and connect with a variety of individuals and their whanau.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Support with grocery shopping and meal preparation
  • Encourage community engagement and socialization
  • Advocate for individuals at appointments

The ideal candidate will have lived or work experience caring for others, be patient, friendly, and kind, and possess a full NZ driver's license and reliable personal transport.
