Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of Room Attendant located at our Sudima Auckland City hotel.

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team who are committed to providing exceptional service to our guests.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to our company values are essential.

This is a part-time role paying $25.40 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

About You:

  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are able to work collaboratively and maintain a bubbly attitude.
  • You provide excellent service to our guests while ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • You are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and are able to pass a police and reference check.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to established procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of public areas throughout the hotel.
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely as per Health and Safety regulations.
  • Provide warmth and friendliness in every guest interaction.
  • Report maintenance and safety issues to management.
