In this role, you'll provide exceptional administrative support, prepare reports and updates, manage client files, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing correspondence and documents for Investment Advisers
  • Maintaining files and documentation in support of Investment Advisers
  • Assisting Advisers with client meeting preparation and attendance at client meetings as required
  • Supporting the quarterly portfolio report process
  • Greeting visitors in a courteous and welcoming way
  • Answering telephones

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and organisational skills, experience working in a financial services environment, and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ideally, you'll have at least one year of relevant work experience, but this is not essential.
