About the Job

The Building Management Systems (BMS) Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our building automation systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing BMS that control and monitor mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key responsibilities include regular maintenance checks, monitoring system performance, implementing corrective actions, reducing operational costs, offering system performance improvements, developing and modifying control strategies, setting up and programming controllers, and providing technical support and training.

We are looking for a mid-senior level professional with an associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Energy Manager or BMS-specific certifications, are a plus.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building automation systems, HVAC controls, or a related field is required. Proficiency in BMS software, programming languages, and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is essential.
