About the Role
The Enrolled Nurse (EN) role at Tane Mahuta, Regional Rehabilitation Services, is a key position within our multidisciplinary team. As an EN, you will work collaboratively with mental health professionals to provide person-centered care to patients on their journey towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice within a multi-disciplinary team framework to foster a person-centred approach, inclusive of whanau participation.
- Support individually identified goals within the rehabilitation framework.
- Commit to enhanced communication, increased patient satisfaction, and patient care.
- Research and utilise current best practice principles to support change implementation and ongoing enhancement for service quality improvement and patient safety.
Requirements
- Current NZ EN APC.
- A full NZ Driver License.
- Experience working in Mental Health settings.
