About the Role:

  • The pathway coordinator will facilitate, coordinate, manage, oversee, and ensure entry to and discharge from the regional forensic and rehabilitation services.
  • This role involves supporting the Group manager in the development of quality improvement initiatives, reporting, and coordination of Regional Forensics & Inpatient Rehabilitation services as appropriate.
  • The coordinator needs a good understanding and awareness of the current demands on national and regional resources of Forensic and General adult mental health services.

About Our Team:

We are an operational group of regional and national services with staff based in various locations across the Central Region.

We provide both inpatient and community-based services.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Has the skill to assess, plan, implement, review, and evaluate strategies to ensure quality provision of service delivery.
  • Proven experience in facilitating and managing change at a local level.
  • Minimum of postgraduate certificate in specialty nursing practice (or undergraduate mental health/learning disability nursing programme).
