**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record Management: Prepare and maintain records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Procedure Development: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling: Book and confirm appointments.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be available to start as soon as possible.
