The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontline Support Coordinator to join our team at Aspiring Enliven Care Centre in Wanaka. This busy role involves being the face of Aspiring Enliven, providing professional and friendly service to visitors, and undertaking a wide range of administration activities including maintaining key database systems, assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities, placing orders, taking minutes, completing paperwork, invoicing, liaising with external parties, preparing for new staff or residents, managing residents' money and other general admin duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in person and over the phone and provide professional and friendly service
  • Undertake a wide range of administration activities including maintaining key database systems, assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities, placing orders, taking minutes, completing paperwork, invoicing, liaising with external parties, preparing for new staff or residents, managing residents' money and other general admin duties
  • Support the manager with tasks such as staff rostering, booking training, event management/coordination and managing staff competencies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, good organisational, time management and planning skills, be professional, responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality and privacy. You will also need to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and use your initiative, be able to show empathy for people from all walks of life, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience working in a reception / administration role.
