Job Summary
We are seeking an Office/Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Weekly payroll and employee documentation
- Cashbook reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable
- Daily financial reconciliations and month-end preparation
- Liaising with parents regarding account queries and food allergies
- Overseeing the small kitchen team and monitoring stock levels
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Accounts, Payroll and Office Administration
- Good understanding of current New Zealand employment legislation and payroll practices
- Experience using Xero (preferred) or similar accounts and payroll system
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and people skills
