We are seeking an Engineering Project Management Specialist to join our team at Associates Systems LLC. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing building mechanical systems and will be responsible for leading and coordinating with architects, engineers, designers, and administration staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including interfacing with clients, coworkers, and code officials. They will also have hands-on experience with engineering, design, building, and mechanical code requirements, with an emphasis on multifamily facilities, including affordable housing, student housing, and market-rate housing.
The successful candidate will be able to develop and evaluate system concepts and options, prepare reports and studies, and manage design manpower budgets. They will also be responsible for assisting in the training and mentoring junior firm members.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 10 years of job-related experience
- Professional Engineering License in NJ & PA (at least one is required, with ability to obtain the other)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Energy efficient design knowledge
- Demonstrated proficiency in ArchiCAD or AutoCAD environment
