- Managing sub-contractors and ensuring Health & Safety protocols are followed.
- Maintaining programme integrity and quality standards.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to achieve project goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Trade qualified in construction-related fields.
- Experience in supervising high-spec projects preferably within a contracting organisation.
- Multidisciplinary building experience and ability to oversee construction from ground up to final completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to Health & Safety best practices and initiatives.
- Proven success in delivering high-quality, productive, and safe work while maintaining environmental integrity.
Working Conditions
You will work a 6 week on, 6 days off FIFO roster with flights, onsite single accommodation, and meals included.
