Permanent Fixed-term contract (Until December 2025)

As a Construction Site Foreman, you will be pivotal in shaping projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate and schedule all construction activities, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered seamlessly to the site. Leading with expertise, you'll guide construction workers and subcontractors while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment through strict safety protocols.

Your sharp eye for detail will enable you to review plans, interpret specifications, and inspect sites to guarantee accordance with building codes and regulations. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals will foster teamwork and innovation. Regular site meetings will be your platform to communicate progress, address challenges, and resolve conflicts, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently and successfully.

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or at least five years of relevant experience

$30.00 to $40.00 p/h - based on qualifications and/or experience

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.
