Job Description
As a Senior Construction Site Lead, you will oversee programme management, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with architects and engineers, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for procurement, progress reporting, and health and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess 6+ years of experience in managing construction projects within the small to medium-sized range. You should be a skilled carpenter with expertise in project management, technical skills, and team leadership. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
