About the Role

This professional position will be based in the Auckland city centre, with flexibility to work from home and report directly to the Readiness Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent time-keeping skills, attention to detail, and deliverable-focused mindset.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement emergency Logistics Plans and tasks alongside the Principal Supply Chain and Partnerships team.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Advisor-Volunteers to develop and maintain the Volunteer Programme, including health and safety management systems.
  • Contribute to the delivery of training and development programmes for AEM staff, elected members, volunteers, and agency partners.
