About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager with a passion for driving excellence in service delivery. As the Service Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the practice, reporting, and operational management of our Social Services. This role is pivotal in translating strategies into specific objectives and ensuring balanced performance measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Māori and within a kaupapa Māori environment. They will also possess demonstrated experience in Operational Management across large NGOs, proven experience leading large teams, relevant tertiary qualifications, management qualifications, and/or experience, knowledge of best practice standards, and a commitment to achieving and maintaining quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Māori and within a kaupapa Māori environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Operational Management across large NGOs.
  • Proven experience leading large teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, management qualifications, and/or experience.
  • Knowledge of best practice standards.
  • Commitment to achieving and maintaining quality.
