Job Description
The successful candidate will provide technical support for digital learning systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and working closely with clients. They will be responsible for maintaining and administering systems within their portfolio to ensure optimal performance and successful client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in systems administration and management, with the ability to deliver great outcomes across core learning management systems. They will be able to translate requirements into documented, trackable changes, solve complex problems with effective solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
