**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site based Programme Manager to join our team at Hunterstone Recruitment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction programmes and overseeing site management teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include reporting progress to the Commercial manager, creating and managing the construction programme, developing construction methodologies, conducting client meetings, collaborating with project consultants and councils, working closely with the QS to maintain accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Requirements and Package**

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site based Programme Manager is required for this position.

The compensation package for this role includes a salary of $170k-$190k + vehicle and fuel card, depending on experience.
