We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team as a Senior Nursing Education Specialist. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for promoting and providing an effective learning environment for nursing students, enhancing their preparation for successful completion of programmes of learning and study.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, with experience in multi-disciplinary clinical teaching, coaching, and mentoring. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, coaching & mentoring skills, train the trainer skills, effective time management, quality improvement skills, flexible working skills, policy and guideline development, and knowledge of NZ health targets.
