Your Role

  • You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.
  • You'll reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates, and follow up on leads.
  • You'll keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.

The Perfect Candidate

  • You're a people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.
  • You're detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
  • You're skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus).
