About the Role

We are seeking two skilled and motivated solicitors to join our Commercial and Property Law teams. These roles provide the opportunity to work closely with directors and senior solicitors across a diverse range of commercial and property law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with directors and senior solicitors to advise on commercial and property law matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Handling banking, finance, and secured transactions
  • Advising on shareholder and partnership agreements
  • Managing intellectual property, technology, and trade-related matters
  • Supporting clients in risk management and regulatory investigations
  • Assisting in commercial dispute resolution, including contractual disputes and shareholder conflicts
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

About You

We are looking for NZ-admitted solicitors with 3-4 years PQE who have experience in commercial or property law. You will possess strong legal drafting, advisory, and negotiation skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
