Job Requirements
As a Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for facilitating various commercial real estate transactions, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or transferring property, as well as handling property disputes or negotiations.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years PQE in property, admission in New Zealand or a common law jurisdiction with knowledge of property and commercial law. You should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and be commercially astute.
