We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist at Body In Motion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients and ensuring a smooth workflow within our physiotherapy clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients upon arrival and checking them in efficiently
- Handling calls and bookings with excellent phone manner
- Performing various administrative tasks throughout the day
- Maintaining accurate data entry and organization skills
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Previous experience in administration or reception preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
