Job Description
The Clinical Lead - Paediatric Social Work will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership for a team of dedicated paediatric social workers, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to neonates, children, and young people throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in leadership and management, with the capacity to initiate, support and contribute to enhanced service delivery
- Awareness and capacity to work effectively with multiple ethnicities and cultures
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team environment
- A Social Work qualification recognised by the Social Work Registration Board in New Zealand and hold a current APC
